How many people can fit in a 3 bedroom apartment?
The three bedroom apartment rate is to accommodate 6 guests utilising a king bed and 4 x single beds. We can accommodate an extra person on a rollaway bed or even convert the king bed into 2 singles. Simply call our reception 07 5449 6100 for these arrangements and costs.
How many people can fit in a 2 bedroom apartment?
The two bedroom apartment rate is to accommodate 4 guests utilising a king or queen bed and 2 x single beds, we can accommodate an extra person on a rollaway bed or even convert the king bed into 2 singles. Simply call our reception 07 5449 6100 for these arrangements and costs.
How many people can fit in a 1 bedroom apartment?
The one bedroom apartments are perfect for a couple and have just one king or queen size bed and as mentioned earlier we can convert the king bed to 2 singles if required just call reception 07 5449 6100 for these arrangements and cost.
Can baby equipment like cots and high chairs be organised?
We can certainly hire in baby equipment just contact us in regard to your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
What is the difference between our three categories of apartments?

Our classic apartments have original bathrooms and kitchens which have not been updated.  Our superior apartments have had some renovations of either kitchen and/or bathrooms.  Our platinum apartments are completely renovated throughout and are our most updated apartment.

Are all the apartments the same size?
Our apartments vary in size with the 3 bedroom penthouses and the royal penthouse being the largest. The 3 bedroom superior apartments are all very similar in size, however, our 2 bedroom apartments have various layouts depending on their location within the resort.
Is there a view from every level?

All our apartments have balcony views of various aspects of the resort depending on the location of each apartment throughout the four separate towers (each having four levels). As we are not located on the beach we do not have beach views.

Is the Emerald Noosa good for family accommodation?

Most certainly. The Emerald Resort is renowned for its family friendly accommodation. Many guests often comment on the spaciousness of our apartments as well as the location, and say, “All I need to do is park the car and the rest lays before me”. Numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities are right on our doorstep and we are only across the road from the beautiful Main Beach which is recognised as one of the best beaches in the world. We also have a great pool in the centre of our complex as well as a spa and sauna and access to a fully equipped gymnasium which is not on site.

The Emerald Noosa is perfect for romantic getaways in the heart of Hastings Street. Just picture the two of you sitting on the balcony perhaps sipping some bubbles and enjoying the ambience.
What are the facilities in the apartments?

All the apartments are fully self-contained, they have full kitchen facilities, lounge / dining area, separate bedrooms and bathrooms as well as laundry in each. Our apartments are self-catered apartments and not serviced.  We provide a starter pack of cleaning products, toiletries and tea, coffee and milk.

Can you arrange for flowers or champagne to be in the apartment for our arrival?

Of course, nothing is too much trouble, just let us know what you would like for that special someone or for a treat for yourself. Please give at least 72 hours’ notice.

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

Yes, all the apartments have air-conditioning in the living area at least, and may have fans and/or air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

Do you provide the bedroom and bathroom linen?
All the bed linen and the bathroom towels are provided and we do have beach towels available to hire if you choose not to bring your own.
Are the apartments non-smoking?
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments and if smoke is detected there will be extra charges for cleaning and deodorizing of the apartment, however you may smoke on the balcony with the doors closed to ensure that there is no smoke wafting into the apartment.
Is the pool heated?
Yes – all year round the pool is heated to 27-30 degrees
Does the Emerald Noosa have a free service tour desk?

Yes, we offer a FREE booking service for all of the theme parks and attractions that are available on the Sunshine Coast. We have extensive knowledge of the Sunshine Coast and are more than happy to chat with and advise you on all the activities. We also encourage you to wait until you arrive to obtain the tickets as you can be charged extra for booking fees and credit card fees if you book on-line for some of the activities.

Wedding venues in Noosa Heads
There are many venues for weddings around the Sunshine Coast but if you were planning a beach wedding then the bride could have the convenience of preparing for her big day in one of our apartments and then out the front door and a short stroll straight onto the beach for the wedding ceremony.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Normal check-out time is 10.00am, if you require a later departure time this will be subject to availability on the day.

Normal check-in time is 2.00pm, however if you arrive early and the apartment is available we are happy for you to check-in early. If we have guests in the apartments the night before then we will have the apartment ready for you as quickly as possible after they depart at 10.00am and we would be happy to look after your luggage until check-in is available.

Is there internet and wifi available?
Yes, free wi-fi is available for our guests.
Is there parking available?
Yes, each apartment has one undercover car park included, at no additional cost.
Are pets allowed?

We all love our pets but unfortunately due to health and building regulations we are not able to accommodate your furry or feathered friends.

What are your office hours?

We are open every day except Christmas Day.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Weekends and Public holidays 9.00am to 3.00pm.

If we were to arrive after your office is closed, how do we gain access?

We do have an after-hours procedure which is very simple, once we have processed a deposit to secure your booking we will send you a confirmation letter and the after-hours access information. We will then catch-up with you on the following morning for registration. We also always provide you with a contact number in the unlikely event you have any difficulties with obtaining your keys.

Staying at Rise was a fantastic experience.
